Lonnie Wallace founded Emage Medical® in 2001. He had a desire to use his experience in the medical field to create an industry-leading aesthetic company with unparalleled personal customer service.

With over 20 years of sales, sales management, and marketing experience, he also plays an active role in the industry. Mr. Wallace speaks regularly at various workshops on laser tissue interaction and Medical Spa business development.

Previously, Mr. Wallace held a variety of sales management positions and was instrumental in new product development efforts for Lumenis, Sharplan, Luxar Lasers, and Trimedyne. Mr. Wallace graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA, with a degree in business management. He is an instrument rated pilot and enjoys flying a Piper Comanche for business and pleasure.

Lauren is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Emage Medical®. She joined the company in 2019 and quickly became the driving force behind the growth and innovation of Emage®. Lauren was instrumental in the development of StemFacial®, CytoPeel®, CytoSolutions, CytoSerum®, and HairPRO. Prior to Emage®, she co-founded a successful company in San Diego and was President and head of its Nevada division.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, and numerous licenses and certificates. Lauren has assisted in writing state legislation, helped create and advised non-profit associations, written articles and courses, held lectures, seminars, conducted workshops throughout the US, and co-authored a national award-winning set of courses. She has been awarded several national and state-wide awards and was a certified proctor for the Mensa exam. In addition, Lauren was hand-selected to co-author, and was the lead teacher for the University of Nevada at Las Vegas’ pre-licensing course for her prior industry. Currently she is writing a course on marketing laser treatments.

Personally, Lauren has two grown children and a grandson. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster, scuba certified, and ran half-marathons for charity. Lauren loves to travel and is training for her private pilot license.

With over 13 years in the capital medical aesthetic technology sector, Sally has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams.

Sally began her career in clinical training before transitioning into national sales, where she quickly became a top performer and leader in the industry. Over the years, she has held pivotal roles, including Director of Dental Divisions, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for some of the most recognized medical aesthetic device companies in the U.S. A dynamic force in both medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine, Sally has spoken at over 20 national & international aesthetic conferences, contributed to multiple clinical publications, and played a key role in developing innovative treatment protocols. She has also helped more than 2,000 dental and aesthetic practices successfully integrate advanced technologies to expand their service offerings and drive business growth.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Sally co-founded and managed a facial aesthetic practice, integrating it into a successful dental business alongside her husband, Dr. Joshua Bevans. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational acumen, and strategic sales leadership to Emage Medical, further strengthening our commitment to providing cutting-edge imaging and skin analysis solutions.
